Shipping Policies, Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible using USPS first class mail unless another option is selected. We will not always be able to ship items on the same day that we receive your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. We are not responsible for any international customs duty charges that may occur. Please research before ordering to find out whether or not you may encounter these charges before placing international orders.

Return Policy

Any orders placed through bubcover.com that are in new and unopened condition may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Products
Please contact customer service at hello@bubcover.com if you believe that you have received a damaged or defective product. You must provide a photo of the damaged/defective product. We will email you within 48 business hours to process your return.

Email us at hello@bubcover.com and include your reason for return and proof of purchase. Send your product to BubCover at 1075 31st St SW Naples, FL 34117. Your return will be verified and processed within three business days if returned in new condition.

Proof of purchase may be one of the following: order number, receipt, invoice, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the product has been opened/used.
